Oil and Natural Gas Commission notified as body corporate by Central Government for the purposes of sub-clause(c)

In pursuance of sub-clause(c) jof clause(7) of section 2 of the companies Act, 1956, the Central Government hereby specifies, for the purposes of the said sub-clause, the Oil and Natural Gas Commission, a body corporate established under section 3 of the Oil and Natural Gas Commission Act, 1959(43 of 1959).
